The Daylesford Sunday Market is run by the Daylesford Spa Country Railway and together they are a popular attraction for locals and visitors alike. Running for over 43 years it has become an institution in the Daylesford region. Led by the volunteers at the railway , they are a not-for-profit organisation that supports the town of Daylesford and its surrounds. They are also a dog friendly market.

Up to 130 stalls a week, free parking and dog friendly for friendly dogs (leash a must). They greatly appreciate a gold coin donation on entry but do not require it to enter.

The market opens at 8:00am and winds down from 1:00pm with a close time of 3:00pm. These times are affected by weather, if it is pouring rain or stinking hot the market will wind down and close earlier.

There are two accessible parking zones, one on Raglan Street, one in the paddock area. The Raglan Street accessible parking is more suited to wheelchairs for market access. The upper level carpark has stair access to the market so is not suitable for accessible parking. The market pathways can be a little bumpy, they do try and make them smooth traveling but large tree roots have made this difficult in some areas.
